New England Clam Chowdah

So, what do you know. I made some fish stock yesterday, and it was quickly decided, in consultation with the Sheriff, that I would make some New England Clam Chowder today. It was also suggested by said Sheriff that the chowder be served with oyster crackers and sourdough bread.

Making Fish Stock

Back in February, I bought and cooked some whole fish, which left me with some uneaten fish heads. I put those in the freezer, planning to make some fish stock some day. Some day was today.
